Birthday Weekend!

Hard to believe our sweet boy will be two tomorrow!  We had many visitors to come down to help us celebrate. We had a train theme, including an ice cream train cake. Thanks to everyone for all of your love!

Swim Class

Eric started swim class last weekend at the local rec centers. He loves to be thrown in the air and then splash down in the water and kicking. 

DC Weekend!

Last weekend, we went up to NOVA for Betsy's baptism and some overall family time. Eric got to play with his Uncle Freddie who he hadn't seen in over a year! We had a great time visiting with the fam!

Dixie Visits and the Zoo!

This past weekend Auntie Dixie came to visit and we had a blast! On Saturday, we went to the Norfolk zoo. Eric really loved seeing the animals - his favorites were the giraffes, monkeys, and elephants. We had an encounter with a peacock too - he jumped out of his enclosure right in front of us! Eric likes to retell that story. Then Sunday we took a walk on the beach. Thanks for the visit!

Easter Weekend

Since both mom and dad had to work, MJ and Big Poppi came down to visit and help watch Eric. They had a blast! They went to the children's museum and saw lots of things with wheels (Eric's fave), had Easter egg hunts, rolled in the mulch (just Eric), and made Easter brunch.
