Thanksgiving weekend

MJ and Poppi came down to VB for a fun and chill holiday weekend. We kicked off the long weekend with Eric's first turkey trot (he got a medal!), then a delicious meal (with fabulous appetizers from Christian), Eric's first movie (fun at first then too scary), a new beach playground, and a Hokie win!

We put Zach in the same Thanksgiving shirt Eric wore for his first Thanksgiving...it barely fit Zach (almost 3 months) and Eric was 7 months when he wore it. See photo comparison below.

Farmor and Farfar visit

After the election (have to mention that we are still sad Hillary didn't win - since it was such a historic election!), farmor and Farfar drove down from DC to visit with us for the rest of the week!  The boys enjoyed time away from school to hang out with their grandparents. The visited the library, mt trashmore, the marina, and building "Eric town."  Thanks for coming to visit us!

Zach's first week at daycare

Yesterday, marked Zach's first time to KidsTown daycare, where his big brother, Eric, also attends.  So far he is doing really well there and loves looking at the other babies! They said he is all smiles. I love that they text me photo updates throughout the day.

Chillin' with Big Poppi

Last week, Poppi came down to VB to watch Zach while I transitioned back to the office. The boys had a great time playing and hanging out with their Poppi!

Three months!

On 11/3 our sweet baby boy Zach turned 3 months! Just like Eric was, he is such the sweetest baby and we have loved getting to see his personality grow. He fits exactly in 6 month clothing and some 9 month clothing fits better! He loves tummy time, laughing at his brother, "working it" in his bouncy chair, dancing to Disney songs, baths and outside time. He has also mastered the skill of grabbing and pulling his doodle bug! I also suspect he will become a thumb sucker too.
