Fun weekend!

Our little family had quite a fun and busy weekend! Saturday we spent a lot of time at the zoo and ended the day with family photos on the beach. Then Sunday, our good friends the O'Hares, traveled down from Cville to the beach. We had a great day playing in the sand, catching up and celebrating the dads!! Happy Father's Day to all of the dads in our lives!

Preschool starts Monday!

Today is Eric's last day in "daycare" and on Monday he will start preschool. His class will celebrate with an end of the year party today. At the party, Eric won the "happy helper" award. Hard to believe he will be a preschooler! I hope there isn't too much homework...

School Performance

Today, Eric's daycare class had their end of year performance. They sang the "fish song" and the "donut song" and Eric can't remember the name of the third song :). Eric did a great job and is graduating to the preschool class on Monday!

DC Weekend

This past weekend we went up to DC to visit Farmor, Farfar and crew.  Fortunately, there were quite a few other family members in town also! Rosie (or as Eric says "Miss Rose) made the trip over from Sweden, Hans and Freddie were also there and cousin Katie also came up from Florida. We had a lot of fun catching up, going to the pool, building towers, taking Eric's first metro ride and going over to Jackie's house for a BBQ. So glad we got to see everyone and meet Katie's sweet daughter, Evie!
